I have been involved in real estate transactions ever since my husband and I married over 29 years ago.    We have bought and sold homes, flipped homes, rented homes, owned/rented/managed apartment complexes, condo’s, college apartments, prepared/listed (estates) grandparent's homes for sale, time shares and completed a few 1031 exchanges.  We relocated (through Coldwell Banker) to Pensacola with the idea that this will be our last move around the country, and we will eventually retire here.  It was a fantastic decision and we have been joined by both our children and their families.
